Yes. Each business sets its own cancellation policy and conditions. In the app, you can check whether your booking allows cancellation, how far in advance, and whether a no-show policy applies.
It is the policy applied when a client does not attend their appointment without prior notice. Each business sets its own conditions. Bookniapp does not intervene in these decisions and simply displays the policy defined by the business.
